C\u2019est un mot anglais qui signifie centre ou noyau. Le core est responsable de la force du corps. Il nous permet de nous tenir debout, mais aussi d\u2019effectuer des gestes comme donner un coup de pied dans un ballon ou soulever une bo\u00eete.<\/p>\n\n<p>Il est compos\u00e9 de plusieurs zones musculaires :<\/p>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Abdomen : les abdominaux sont les muscles du ventre (droit = six-pack et oblique externe), ils prot\u00e8gent les organes internes, aident \u00e0 maintenir la posture et aussi \u00e0 mieux respirer.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"2\"><li>Lombaire : le carr\u00e9 des lombes est le muscle qui aide \u00e0 maintenir le dos droit et \u00e0 nous tenir debout. <\/li><\/ol>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"3\"><li>Hanche : les muscles fessiers, ischio-jambiers et quadriceps sont essentiels pour les mouvements des jambes mais aussi pour nous maintenir debout.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"4\"><li>Musculature profonde : elle comprend le plancher pelvien, le transverse de l\u2019abdomen, les obliques internes, le multifide de la colonne et le diaphragme. Essentiels dans toutes les fonctions pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes : prot\u00e9ger les organes, respirer, permettre de se tenir debout et de maintenir une posture droite.<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" class=\"wp-image-227410\" style=\"width: 150px;\" src=\"https:\/\/saraburguet.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/core-2.png\" alt=\"\"\/><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" class=\"wp-image-227412\" style=\"width: 150px;\" src=\"https:\/\/saraburguet.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/core-2-1.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/li><\/ol>\n\n<p>Avoir un core fort :<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>am\u00e9liore les performances dans n\u2019importe quel sport pratiqu\u00e9<\/li><li>aide \u00e0 r\u00e9duire les douleurs articulaires<\/li><li>est un stabilisateur important qui pr\u00e9vient les blessures <\/li><li>diminue les douleurs lombaires<\/li><li>am\u00e9liore la sensation de raideur matinale<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<p>Si le core est faible :<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>le risque de souffrir de douleurs lombaires augmente<\/li><li>l\u2019\u00e9quilibre du corps s\u2019aggrave<\/li><li>nous avons plus de chances de faire une chute<\/li><li>nous nous sentons moins agiles dans les mouvements quotidiens<\/li><li>la mobilit\u00e9 g\u00e9n\u00e9rale s\u2019aggrave (marcher, changer de position\u2026)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<p>Entra\u00eener le core soulage la colonne vert\u00e9brale, car les muscles aident \u00e0 supporter le poids du corps et sollicitent moins les disques intervert\u00e9braux, ce qui est particuli\u00e8rement important si vous souffrez de douleurs lombaires ou d\u2019une l\u00e9sion de la colonne vert\u00e9brale diagnostiqu\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-vivid-green-cyan-background-color has-background\">Maintenir un core fort est essentiel, surtout pour les personnes qui travaillent assises.
